DUBAI: The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) has launched an awareness campaign titled “We Are Here for You” at Dubai Hills Mall. GDRFA- Dubai assistant, director, Major General Obaid Muhair Bin Suroor officially inaugurated the campaign, which aims to raise awareness about GDRFA’s services among citizens and residents, making them more accessible and user-friendly.
The campaign pavilion will be open to visitors daily from 10 AM to 10 PM. The first day saw an excellent response from visitors, who had the opportunity to learn in detail about various services offered by GDRFA, including Golden Visas, entry permits, identity cards, nationality services, and the “Amer Assistant” smart system.

The campaign features informative stalls and direct guidance from trained staff. A dedicated educational corner for children, featuring the cartoon characters “Salim” and “Salam,” has also been set up to engage younger visitors.
This new campaign is a continuation of the directorate’s past awareness efforts, providing an excellent opportunity for direct interaction with the public. Visitors can clarify doubts about services, engage in personalized discussions, and provide feedback through a dedicated system, according to officials. The campaign is scheduled to conclude next Friday.
