RCDP has organized the seminar regarding the International Women’s Day, to commemorate the achievements of women where CEO RCDP Mr. Muhammad Murtaza, MD RCDS Mr. Qaisar Iqbal, Senior Management RCDP, Education Department, Health Department, and Chief Guest Assistant Commissioner Syeda Tahniyat Bukhari addressed on this occasion. She appreciated the joint venture of RCDP & RCDS in collaboration with the Education and Health Departments. She praised that RCDP has worked for the women empowerment and made these entrepreneurs a successful part of the society who not only improved their living standards but also become the source of support for their families. She also elicits that such efforts should be made by other institutions as well to support these entrepreneurs. CEO RCDP Mr. Muhammad Murtaza addressed the seminar and highlighted how RCDP has worked for women’s empowerment and played an important role in the strength and ingenuity of everyday women in improving their lives. He further added that over the past 25 years, RCDP has found that women are responsible borrowers, diligent savers and competent managers who use their income to benefit not only their businesses, and family but community as well. He also threw light on the fact that when women are empowered to work and create their businesses – through access to education, finance, and proper markets – the talents of half of the world’s population are unleashed and economies grow. A client from RCDP Zakia Bibi shared her experience that how with the financial support of RCDP she has turned her adversity in prosperity. The seminar started with the recitation of the Holy Quran and after that Naat Mubarak was presented.
